A Thomas Keller Burger Joint in Napa Valley

Looks like Napa Valley might be blessed with a Thomas Keller burger joint. Thanks to a tip from megnut, we've got this tidbit from the April issue of Food and Wine:

Rumor has it that Keller, who is a huge devotee of the West Coast chain In-N-Out Burger, will also be launching a burger joint of his own in the Napa area. In-N-Out doesn't serve wine (the bottle in the above photo is just a prop), but Keller's new place will—and it will be featuring half-bottles like the French Laundry's first and currently only house label, a chocolaty Cabernet Sauvignon called Modicum.

In addition to the burger joint, he'll also be opening a butcher shop in Napa. Sounds amazing. Keller is the chef at some of America's top restaurants (French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon) and obviously a burger enthusiast.

We'll keep you posted on developments as they arise, but please let us know if you hear anything.
